How could one tell the amount of
focus needed and the severity of a positive mindset has on an athlete in a
stressful period of their performance?
I choose this person because they have
an understanding and the mindset of what it takes to be an athlete. So this
person can elaborate on my topic and also speak on my critical question. This
will not only have my perspective on the topic but someone else’s as well.
Studying this person will give some
insight on the thinking process of being an athlete and also give information
on why its important to never lose focus during a game and how to prevent from
losing focus.
I will be
studying the mental aspect of this person and have them explained what they
think it takes to be focus during a game.
I know this person as a good friend of
mine. We just started our relationship recently since we have started college
together. H e is as also my classmates.

also observe him in his practices.
